Capital Budget Amendments

Amending the proposed 2020-2022 Capital Program and the proposed 2020 Capital Budget by adding funding for critical needs and advancing funding to avoid higher future costs, by decreasing funding when proposed costs exceed amounts needed, and deferring funding when projects are not likely to advance as quickly as proposed, and decreasing funding that would more appropriately be included in the Operating Budget.
