Jaime Hechtman-Ulloa | Legislator Anthony A. Piccirillo's Honoree
Jaime Hechtman-Ulloa has diverse experiences in the private sector, multi levels of government and non-for-profit organizations. Suffolk County, NY has been Jaime’s residence for most of her life. Jaime and her family reside in West Sayville, Long Island.
Jaime is an accomplished community organizer and visionary, devoted to educating, empowering and engaging immigrants and women. Encouraging women and immigrants to be successful in advocating for change in their lives and communities. Empowering new immigrants as they transition from their homeland into a world of new opportunity in America. A long-awaited journey in many cases, the sacrifices, obstacles and journey to citizenship is long and arduous. Jaime is also fully bilingual (English-Spanish).
Married in 1994, Jaime and her husband, Sergio, have raised three wonderful children and have Four grandchildren. Recently, Jaime has added co-Author to her accomplishments.
