About Ann

Serving as a Southampton Town Trustee since 2018, I am the first woman elected to this historic board since its inception in 1686. Southampton Town Trustees are the stewards of 25,000 acres of shores, waterways, marshes and bottomlands—or bay bottom, of the Town of Southampton. Town Trustees are responsible for the preservation and protection of beach access, water quality, maritime traditions, and advise the Southampton Town Board on coastal-related issues. I am proud of my track record on water quality, and I hope to continue to build towards improving environmental issues in the Legislature. I believe my commitment as an environmentalist and humanitarian makes me well suited to serve the 2nd District of the Suffolk County Legislature.
