(HOLBROOK, NY) – Suffolk County Legislator Bill Lindsay was inducted by the Sachem Alumni Association into the Sachem Hall of Honor on Saturday June 2nd, 2018. Inductees are selected by a committee consisting of Sachem Alumni Association executive board members, district representatives, student representatives and community representatives with a goal of promoting school and community pride.
Legislator Lindsay is a 1990 graduate of Sachem High School and is one of eleven 2018 inductees. The Hall of Honor is one of the highest honors bestowed upon Sachem alumni with only 21 people being inducted since inception in 2016, out of over 50,000 Sachem graduates. He was selected because of his extraordinary success as an elected official and in private industry and his dedication and commitment to his community.
