PATCHOGUE, N.Y. – Deputy Presiding Officer Rob Calarco, Medford Chamber of Commerce, Medford Taxpayers and Civic Association, and Patchogue-Medford Library have announced the 2019 Medford Concert Series dates and line-up. The annual four-part concert will take place at Medford Memorial Park on Route 112. It is free to the public. The concerts start at 7 PM and will take place on July 17th, July 31st, August 14th, and August 28th. Featured bands will be Get Dancing!, the projekt, The Fast Lane, and 45 RPM respectively.
Long Island Cares, Inc. will be joining with concert organizers to collect donations to support the Harry Chapin Food Bank. Long Island Cares delivers to food to over 590 food pantries throughout Suffolk and Nassau Counties. Concert attendees are encouraged to bring canned goods to donate at each concert.
“The Medford Concert Series is a fun family event that is a great way to bring together the Medford community,” said Deputy Presiding Officer Calarco. “Every year we get to spend four summer evenings in the park enjoying music, collecting food donations, and having a lot fun doing it.
