Suffolk County and Harborfields High School Join Forces to Address the Dangers of Vaping

Greenlawn, NY – Vaping is now on the rise, drawing major concern throughout our County. With a lack of education and information on this alarming trend, the vaping industry is now targeting our high schools and middle schools to expand their market, leaving our youth vulnerable. Legislator William R. Spencer, M.D. is working with the County’s Public Health Educators and School Districts to connect our youth and parents with educational resources to confront this public health concern.

What:Suffolk County Public Health Educator Bonnie Anderson will present dynamic a PowerPoint on the dangers of vaping at an assembly for Harborfields High School Students grades 9 through 12. Introductory remarks to be given by Legislator William R. Spencer, M.D.
